Mitchell Koulouris
Founder and Director
Mitchell Koulouris was one of the founders of ICG and currently is a Director in the company. Together with co-founder Nancy Nomellini, they built the company from scratch with a
pioneering vision of creating vertical interest magazines for software developers and IT
professionals.
Koulouris was an award-winning student at the San Jose State University School of Journalism.
A self-taught engineer, Koulouris has extensive knowledge and background of the technology sector.
Before founding ICG, Mitchell spent 13 years with the West Sacramento-based Tower Records retail
chain where he was Director of Store Services. During this tenure, he was in charge of the
worldwide installation of Tower's Point of Sale systems, training, and product documentation.
David Riggs
Editor-in-Chief
A member of the ICG editorial staff since 1995, David has extensive managerial experience in
the publishing industry. His writing and editing skills, and his experience in coordinating
the editorial staff, enable him to provide readers with cutting edge content for their
on-going development needs. David worked for five years as a research associate for JRP
Historical Consulting Services before joining ICG, and holds a BA in History from Monmouth
College, Monmouth, IL.
Nancy Nomellini
Chief Financial Officer
From 1986-91, Nancy was a graphic artist for Pulse, the magazine for the Tower Records/Video/Books
retail chain. With her knowledge in graphic arts, Nancy left Tower to help launch ICG. Nancy's
responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all accounting functions, accounts receivable,
accounts payable, and company programs and benefits. Nancy is a graduate of California State
University Sacramento in Graphic Arts.
